Our mushrooms are always fresh from the farm. We start with clean cultures inoculated into gluten-free millet or sorghum grain spawn, ensuring the best nutrition.

Our custom-formulated fruiting logs are made from 100% pasteurized oak sawdust, gypsum, soy hull, wheat bran, and rice bran to produce a larger, more nutritious flush.
